An art sale, silent auction, Free State beer and music by DJ Sadie Soul all to benefit the Social Service League.

From the SSL: Calling all Friends of the League! Come support your favorite Lawrence thrift store at this blow out benefit and membership drive!

$5 gets you in the door, along with your very own Social Service League pint glass! Free State beer, iced tea, and water will all be available. Sign up to be a Friend of the League and for a one-time $20 donation, receive a League pint glass, a tote bag, gift certificate to the best thrift store in town, and variety of coupons to local businesses!

From 7 pm to 9 pm there will be a silent auction, featuring a Korean silk embroidered bed set, a four tier bicycle created by a Lawrence artist, and various packages from local businesses for a perfect night on the town.

Enjoy artwork from local Lawrence artists, as well, displayed with help from the Lawrence Percolator and other downtown galleries.

The lovely DJ Sadie Soul will be spinning tunes all night, so come join us for music, art, and community!
