One of the most innovative and diverse ensembles of our time, the Kronos Quartet embodies fearless exploration in its commitment to expanding the range and context of the string quartet.

For more than 35 years, Kronos has built a strong tradition of collaborating with many of the world’s most eclectic composers and performers, and it continues to commission hundreds of works and arrangements for string quartet.

Performing a program of contemporary works by Terry Riley and others, the Kronos Quartet will express its extraordinary breadth and creativity.
